I needed to pick up a new perfume before I flew to Spain, and I knew that I really liked 3 of the 4 in Ralph Lauren's Big Pony collection so when I saw this set of 4 miniatures I was quick to buy it. My brother has the same thing for men and it's a great way f trying them properly before committing to 1 and at 15ml each they're so easy to travel with.
The 4 fragrances are all very distinctive. 1 is very sporty and fresh, 2 is sweet and floral (my least favourite but I do still wear it in the daytime), 3 is fruity and 4 is oriental.
If I had to rank them I'd say that 4 is my favourite, especially for the evening, followed by 3, then 1 and then 2. If my memory serves me correctly I paid just £33 for the set at duty free so I have a bargain here. Rich obviously thought so; since I bought these he's picked up the men's collection too for just £26 on an Easy jet flight.
My set said that it was a travel exclusive but I think you can get this set online and if it isn't in Boots by Christmas I will eat my hat; it's the perfect Christmas present.

Spanish FOTD
When it’s hot I don’t wear much make up and my goodness it’s been hot this week. I’ve been out and about in the sun (and I have the freckles to prove it) so I haven’t felt the need to pile on foundation. Instead I have been using my Lancome tinted moisturiser to slightly even out my complexion, with the 2 shades of my Sheer Cover tinted concealer mixed to give me the right shade.
I still swear by my Rimmel bronzer as I’m still to discover something that is reasonably priced without being shimmery or too dark a shade for me. I have rediscovered by love of Coralista since I came to Spain . Until I have a (alright, very light) tan it just doesn’t suit me at all.
The second Benefit product that I have fallen in love with again is Bad Gal Lash as I make my way through the miniature that I’ve brought with me. I used to find the wand too large and the formula too difficult to get onto my lashes but I’ve found that less problematic here, perhaps it’s because it’s warmer here and it’s melted a little.
Hot weather is no time for faffy lips so I’ve been reaching for my Revlon Colorburst lipgloss in Peony for a non sticky, sheer lip finish.
Easy peasy. What make up products are your staples at the moment?
